I specialise in creating bespoke workshops tailored to meet different needs. my workshops & courses are designed to be fun, interactive, & experiential, giving people the chance to share & learn in a safe space. i weave together mindfulness practices, embodied & creative exercises, fun experiments, group discussions, & sharing to make each session engaging & meaningful.

throughout my courses or workshops, participants are invited to engage in discussions, experiential explorations & inquiry around the theme or topic. the goal is to empower participants to build greater self-awareness, embodiment & presence. along the way, they’ll also experience & discover personal tools and practices to help navigate life’s challenges.
Evidence Based modalities
All of my work weaves together a variety of evidence-based modalities – including nervous system theory, trauma-informed mindfulness, somatic experiencing, journaling, creative & inquiry practices, breathwork, energy, movement, embodied meditation and compassion-based approaches. But most essentially, what I bring to this work is my own lived experience – my personal journey of learning, unlearning, healing and returning home to myself.

"Mindfulness & Compassion: A Gentle Beginning" (8 week course)
This 8-week mindfulness & compassion course is a gentle and accessible introduction to mindfulness for both beginners and those with some experience. Each week builds gradually, offering simple yet powerful practices to help settle a busy mind, reconnect with the body, and bring presence into everyday life. What makes this course unique is its heartful integration of compassion and kindness – not just as concepts, but as core practices that support healing, connection, and self-understanding.
Throughout the course, you’ll explore mindfulness through breath, movement, awareness, and inquiry – while also learning how to respond to your inner critic, meet distraction with softness, and relate to yourself with more acceptance. As the weeks unfold, you’ll discover how mindfulness and compassion together can create a foundation for real change—a way of living that is more spacious, kind, and aligned with your inner wisdom. This course is not about achieving perfection, but about gently coming home to yourself.
"The inner Compass - Awareness, Choice & Change" (10 week course)
This 10-week course is designed to support people in cultivating greater self-awareness, embodiment, and presence. Through weekly themed modules, participants are gently guided to explore their habitual thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and patterns – developing insight into how they move through the world. The course offers practical tools, resourcing techniques, and embodied practices to help nurture self-acceptance, kindness, and emotional regulation. It’s not about becoming someone new, but about learning how to embrace and meet yourself – just as you are – with compassion and understanding.
Each session weaves together evidence-based practices including mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic experiencing, journaling, breathwork, embodied movement, and group inquiry. The course is experiential, interactive, and deeply restorative, offering a consistent structure of guided practices, discussion, reflection, and felt-sense exploration. Participants leave feeling more resourced, connected, and empowered – with a personal toolkit to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, presence, and inner steadiness.

How much does a workshop cost?
In terms of cost, my standard rate for a 1 to 2 hour workshop ranges between €150 and €250. That said, I understand that budgets and funding vary across organisations, and I’m happy to explore options that align with your needs. I’m open to discussing a reduced rate for a pilot programme, where we could also collaborate on evaluating its impact and effectiveness.

What kind of workshops or programs do you offer?
I offer a range of trauma-informed wellbeing workshops and mindfulness-based programs that can be tailored to suit your organisation’s needs.
Options include 1 to 2 hour taster sessions, half-day or full-day workshops, and multi-week courses focusing on topics such as stress regulation, self-awareness, emotional resilience, nervous system education, and compassion-based practices.
Do participants need any prior experience with mindfulness or similar practices?
Not at all. The workshops and programs are accessible and inclusive for everyone – whether they’re brand new to mindfulness or already have some experience. Each session offers a gentle, guided approach that meets people where they are, with plenty of space for reflection, learning, and personal exploration
Can you tailor the content to suit our team or specific group needs?
Absolutely. All sessions are designed collaboratively with your needs in mind. I’ll work with you to understand your group’s unique challenges and goals, and then shape the content, tone, and practices accordingly – whether you’re supporting staff wellbeing, leadership development, or a specific community group
What is the ideal group size for a workshop or course?
I work with groups of all sizes—from small, intimate teams to larger groups (up to a maximum of 20 participants). Smaller groups often allow for deeper connection, reflection, and personal sharing, while larger groups benefit from shared practices, group dynamics, and breakout-style activities.
Each session is thoughtfully structured to ensure it feels engaging, supportive, and accessible for everyone involved. For larger groups, I recommend having two facilitators to maintain a high-quality, held experience for all participants
